EG Men also missed the mark, losing 2:3 to Oxted in a match which concluded with more than its fair share of physicality. At one point two Oxted players were sidelined with Yellow Cards and one East Grinstead with a Yellow. Debut players for East Grinstead included: Max Lowery, Josh Gravestock, Sam Knight, Isaac Farrant, Archie Phillips, Kent Sheard and James Smith. Matt Blood made his return to EG having completed his studies at Nottingham alongside Farrant, Gravestock and Phillips. EG's goals were scored by Isaac Farrant and Archie Phillips both on their EG debuts.
